Purpose of this site

All information shared on this website, in my programs, or through email communication is intended for educational and informational purposes only. It is designed to support your personal wellbeing journey, not to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

Coaching sessions and contact

  • Communication and support are only provided during booked sessions or within agreed program frameworks.

  • Please do not contact me outside of business hours or in between sessions for coaching or health-related guidance.

  • If you require additional support, please book another session through the website.

  • Business hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm AEST.

Cancellations and rescheduling

  • Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited or charged in full at RC Health’s discretion.

  • Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done via the booking system.

Payments and refunds

  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

  • Payments must be made in full before a session or program commences.

  • Due to the nature of digital and educational services, all sales are final and non-refundable once the program or session has started.

Intellectual property

All content on this site—including text, graphics, images, ebooks, videos, and course materials—is the intellectual property of RC Health. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share this material without written consent.

RC Health respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

  • Fill out a contact or booking form
