I primarily work with women experiencing cancer — whether you’re currently in treatment, in remission, or moving forward with a preventive focus on long-term health.
This work doesn’t replace medical care — it deepens it. By addressing the emotional and energetic foundations of illness, we work alongside your existing treatments to support the body’s natural healing capacity.
While lifestyle and physical health are vital aspects of wellbeing (and are part of this work), it’s important to understand that alternative doesn’t always mean root cause. Energy and emotion are the layers that exist before the physical — the foundation from which all health flows.
By identifying and dissolving the emotional patterns and unprocessed stress held in the body, we work at the deepest level of health — supporting your body’s natural resilience and its ability to restore balance from within.
Although my focus is on women and cancer, this method can benefit any woman navigating imbalance, uncertainty, or life transitions — from chronic symptoms and burnout to emotional stuckness, relationship strain, or difficult life decisions that call for clarity and inner strength.

About Loren & Her Journey
My Journey to Root Cause Healing
My path to this work began long before I understood what healing truly meant.
I grew up very sick—chronic eczema and life-threatening asthma shaped my childhood. By my teens, a panic disorder emerged, and the heavy medication I was prescribed left me with a question that would change everything: Why is no one addressing my current stressors and pain?
That question set me on a path of self-healing that became both deep and profound. At 29, after 10 years of gynaecological issues, I was diagnosed with cancer and given a two-year prognosis with conventional treatment. Within those same two years, I lost my mother to cancer. These experiences awakened me. They showed me that true healing requires us to go beyond symptoms and meet the emotional roots of our suffering.
My Work Today
I've spent over seven years researching the psycho-emotional links between stress and the development of illness, particularly cancer. I've formally studied Counselling, Nutrition, and Advanced Root-Cause Practice, driven by a passion for psychology, philosophy, and understanding the deeper patterns that shape our health and lives.
Today, I help women uncover the emotional drivers behind their illness and challenges, mapping a path toward resolution, transformation, and genuine healing. This isn't about managing symptoms—it's about dissolving the roots so you can finally be free.
I'm also a passionate advocate for integrating holistic frameworks into mainstream healthcare, early education, and parenting, believing that true prevention begins with emotional awareness and support from the earliest stages of life.
I am currently writing a book for women about holding a bottom line—navigating boundaries and honouring the self, while breaking free from universal fears and dogmas.
I hope to contribute to the leading edge of health by moving consciousness in the direction that we are capable of self-healing and true self-governance.
